Hangalaxy HDDVI/M1  Series DVI optical extension module consists of transmitter module and receiver module, which has a 1xLC fiber connectors and a 1+18pins DVI–D plug. Users could decide extension length at their discretion by choosing the length of fibre-optic cables with LC ferrules at the ends. It offers graphic TMDS signals to be extensible up to the limits of modal bandwidth of selected OM3 multi-mode glass fibers or SM Fiber. The optical serial data rate is 10.3Gb/s. Hangalaxy's HDDVI/M1 Series DVI fiber extender support resolution up to 1920*1200/60Hz for Single Link DVI signal, It also support HDMI signal with HDMI to DVI cable, and the HDMI resolution is up to 3840*2160/30HZ(YUV 4:4:4), and 3840*2160/60Hz (YUV 4:2:0). At such data bandwidth, this module can extend up to 300 meters over MMF or 2km over SMF, which is much over the limits of copper wire extension, without any distribution amplifier or repeater.
